Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can focus for just 10 minutes to journal. You can set a timer if you need it and explore whichever prompts you want to. There’s no need to answer all prompts; choose the ones that speak to you in the moment.
Enjoy writing one word answers, simple sentences, bullet points, and even sketches. Get creative and find enjoyment in the act of journaling itself. There aren’t any rules here!

- What’s one thing that made you smile today?
- List 5 things that you are grateful for.
- What happened recently that made you feel proud and accomplished?
- Have you done anything kind and compassionate for yourself today?
- Was there an affirmation that was particularly helpful?
- Did you find yourself having limiting beliefs recently?
- Is it possible to reframe or unlearn the limiting belief?
- What about cognitive biases? Have you experienced any in the recent past?
- Are these biases serving you in a positive way?
- If no, what can you do to address these biases?
- What’s a simple activity that always makes you joyful?
- When was the last time you did it?
- What have you always wanted to learn? A new skill? A topic like astronomy?
