1. Edit an aesthetic vlog
Take short videos of him going about his everyday life, smiling, queuing, sleeping, driving and having fun. Stitch them all together using apps like CapCut or Inshot. Add some effects, upbeat background music, text overlays and fun icons. Export the video to create your very own boyfriend edit.
This is a completely free, super creative and unique just because boyfriend gift!
You can send him the video, post on socials, or have a mini watch party with him being the guest of honor.
If a cutesy, aesthetic video isn’t his vibe, maybe a spicy one might be.
2. Write a love letter
Pen a love letter to him! You can make it light and fun, deep and meaningful, or hot and steamy. You can use simple stationery or get fancy paper. Writing in cursive and old English can give it a vintage, Bridgerton vibe.
3. DIY Souvenir box
This one would take a little longer to DIY but it’s an incredibly sweet gift for boyfriend. Collect souvenirs from the activities you do together – ticket stubs from concerts and movies, shells from beach walks, pinecones from recent hikes, flower petals, and more.
Repurpose a small box, cover it with wrapping paper and pop all the little souvenirs in there!
4. Come up with a coupon book
Ah the classic DIY redeemable coupons. Draw out your own handmade coupons (or print a template out) and add some simple and hilarious activities that he can get with his coupons.
Movie dates, nap time, hugs and cuddles, road trips, visits to his favorite store, hikes, do nothing day and yes day are all great ideas for the coupons. Enjoy getting creative.
5. Create a playlist
Wherever he listens to music, create a custom playlist he’ll enjoy. You can use Spotify or even Youtube. Queue up some of his favorite tunes, find similar artists he might like and send it to him.

Another option would be to cook a wonderful meal for both of you. It could be something super simple or a complicated recipe from Youtube. If you have a close relationship with his mom, you could even ask her for a recipe and recreate it for him.
Light a couple candles, play soft music, plate the meal beautifully and have a wonderful romantic dinner at home.
8. Make a memories jar
Repurpose an old jar, remove the label and convert it to a memories jar. Write down fond memories you shared together, things you love that he did, what you love about him and other heartwarming messages.
You can use regular paper or add some color with different colored post it notes. Yellow could be for memories, pink could be his wonderful traits, etc. You can really get creative here and decorate the jar with stickers and doodles.
9. Do him a favor
Is there something on his to-do list he’s been procrastinating about? Is it simple enough to do it yourself and take it off his plate? Or can you hire someone to help? If he enjoys acts of service, he’ll definitely love this gift.
You can do things like mending buttons in shirts or holes in sweaters, getting his vehicle detailed, buying some new tees and undies, or restocking his toiletries.
