- 4 bananas
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips semisweet
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Wash, peel and mash bananas.
Mix in melted butter, vanilla essence, eggs and brown sugar.
Combine dry ingredients (except sugar and chocolate chips) separately.
Add to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Place in a buttered loaf pan (or two).
Bake for 45 – 50 minutes.
