Add the flaxseeds and water to saucepan on medium heat.
Stir often to prevent the seeds from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Once it starts boiling, stir occasionally until you notice a thick, gel-like string falling from your spoon.
After 20 minutes, the gel will start forming but will be runny.
5 minutes more, the gel will be thick enough for these masks.
If you want even thicker gel, leave it for a minute or two more.
Turn off the heat. Allow to cool
Strain and add to a container. Use immediately or store in the fridge.
