Easy Homemade Bread Recipe: Rolls
This fool-proof homemade bread recipe will be your go-to for light, soft bread rolls. They are delicious, dairy-free and easy to make.
(half an 11 g sachet)
(like coconut, olive, grapeseed)
(like rosemary, chives)
Dissolve sugar in warm water.
Leave for 10 – 15 minutes for the yeast to activate.
Whisk eggs and oil together.
Mix with the activated yeast.
Add the flour and combine to form a soft dough.
Coat with oil and cover.
Leave in a warm space for 45 minutes to rise.
Punch down the dough.
Make small dough balls.
Place on oiled trays and cover.
Leave in warm space for another 45 minutes to rise.
Preheat oven at 375 degrees Farenheit.
Bake the rolls for 15 – 20 minutes (until the tops are golden brown).
Serve hot or completely cool and freeze for later.
For a more nutritious bread, use warm milk in place of warm water.
