Passion Fruit Popsicles with Guava
These passion fruit popsicles are even more exotic with the addition of guava puree. They are tasty ‘hot weather’ desserts that are all the frees: dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan.
- 4 passion fruits
- 3 oz guava puree (or guava juice)
- sweetener (I used 8 oz sugarcane juice)
Blend the passion fruits and sweetener.
Strain the liquid.
Fill the popsicle molds to the halfway mark.
Blend the guava puree (or juice) with a sweetener if needed.
Fill the molds.
Freeze for at least 3 hours.
