Coconut Rum Cocktail: Frosty Coconuts Recipe
Enjoy the holidays with this stunning coconut rum cocktail. It’s a three-ingredient drink with coconut rum, coconut milk and blue curaçao and has a wonderful citrusy coconut flavor.
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 4 tbsp coconut rum
- 2 tbsp blue curaçao
- shredded coconut
- garnish like cherries (mint leaves, coconut pieces etc)
Make coconut milk (optional).
Dip the serving glasses in coconut milk.
Coat the glasses with the shredded coconut.
Mix the milk and rum together.
Spoon the blue curaçao one teaspoon at a time until you get your desired color.
Garnish with cherries, mint leaves or tiny pieces of coconut.
