Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp coconut rum
  • 2 tbsp blue curaçao
  • shredded coconut
  • garnish like cherries (mint leaves, coconut pieces etc)

Instructions

  • Make coconut milk (optional).
  • Dip the serving glasses in coconut milk.
  • Coat the glasses with the shredded coconut.
  • Mix the milk and rum together.
  • Spoon the blue curaçao one teaspoon at a time until you get your desired color.
  • Garnish with cherries, mint leaves or tiny pieces of coconut.
  • Serve chilled.
