Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut cauliflower into small bite-sized florets.
Mix oil, turmeric and garam masala together.
Coat the florets with the turmeric-oil mix.
Spread the cauliflower onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes
