Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • pinch garam masala powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut cauliflower into small bite-sized florets.
  • Mix oil, turmeric and garam masala together.
  • Coat the florets with the turmeric-oil mix.
  • Spread the cauliflower onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes
